He has a background in leadership development, finance, and technology. As the visionary and founder of TeamPraxis over 25 years ago, Creighton continues to innovate and stay ahead of the needs of the industry, keeping TeamPraxis at the forefront of the practice management marketplace.
Executive Vice PresidentTroy oversees the entirety of TeamPraxis’ practice management division. This includes medical billing operations, business development, IT, HR, admin, help desk, and the development roadmap for TeamPraxis’ flagship products ConnxtMD and ConnxtAI. He has a diverse background in change management, process improvement, and project management, as well as over ten years working on cutting edge healthcare initiatives related to practice transformation, data analytics, and payment reform. He is especially excited to be involved with TeamPraxis’ all-new ConnxtAI tool that he believes will revolutionize the RCM industry
Chief Product OfficerCatherine leads operations for TeamPraxis’ product solutions, overseeing the innovative development of multiple healthcare products, including TeamPraxis’ ConnxtMD and the all-new InsightsAI. She has over 20 years of experience in software and product development and is proud to be part of a company that is passionate about the greater good, seeking to create innovative solutions that allow physicians and specialists to focus on what they do best: serving their patients with quality, heart, and excellence.
Chief Revenue Cycle Officer and VP, Customer RelationsMarvis has been with TeamPraxis since its founding in 1992 and directs the company’s core Revenue Cycle Management functions and strategic development. Building on her over 35 years of healthcare management experience, she has seen the many iterations of change the healthcare system has gone through and is excited to play a part in leading its future through leveraging new technology, the power of data and analytics, and a dynamic global cycle team to deliver the highest quality results in the industry for her clients.
Product Strategy AdvisorAlex has an extensive history integrating technology with innovative health care solutions—working with health providers, hospitals, insurance groups, and health consumers—giving him valuable insight and expertise in the various aspects of health care delivery. Co-founder of EosHealth (rebranded as Livongo Health in 2014), Trilliant Technology Group, and an early member of the upper management team of DiabetesAmerica as CTO, Alex has been on the cutting edge of bringing patient-centered technology solutions in health care delivery for over 15 years.
Director of Provider ServicesRik oversees client relations management and payment transformation support at TeamPraxis, having been with the company for coming up to 15 years. He has an extensive history working with revenue cycle management, practice management system and EHR implementation, clinical analytics, quality program support (i.e., PQRS, MU, HEDIS, MIPS, CPC+, etc), physician practice quality improvement projects, and patient-centered medical home and patient engagement initiatives.
Human Resources ManagerSummer is passionate in her role as a business culture champion and agent of transformation for the TeamPraxis family. She is responsible for executing HR management strategies that support the recruitment, development, and retention of a high performing workforce, strengthening the link between people and strategy while building a culture of engagement, agility, and innovation. She is a Senior Certified Professional in Human Resources (SHRM-SCP) and a member of the Society for Human Resource Management, with a background that includes almost a decade of progressive HR leadership in the public healthcare and non-profit organization industries.
Director of Business DevelopmentRay has 25 years of experience in sales and marketing with the airline, printing and pharmaceutical industries. Ray previously worked at HMSA as a Practice Transformation Coach and was the Lead Project Manager for the Quality Improvement Team at the National Kidney Foundation of Hawaii. He was responsible for practice transformation to value based reimbursement of physician practices in Hawaii Independent Physicians’ Association.
