All providers using SSLVPN from home, or accessing TouchWorks EHR on a MacOS, iOS, or Android device will need to update their device(s) by October 31, 2015 to avoid issues with connecting to EHR over SSLVPN. For assistance, please contact the TeamPraxis Help Desk during our regular business hours of 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. TouchWorks Scan will not be affected.

Following the last communication, all office workstations accessing TouchWorks EHR via Terminal Server, should have completed the EHRTS update. If you are unsure whether your workstaition is compliant or to complete the update, please contact the TeamPraxis Help Desk. As a reminder, the purpose of these updates are to adhere to changing industry-wide security standards which will affect the TouchWorks EHR Terminal Server (EHRTS) environment. If you haven’t already updated all then do it.
